We opened Cafecito because we believed Post Falls deserved a bakery that treats ingredients with respect — flour that smells like grain, butter that makes everything better, and the patience to let bread rise the way it wants to.
Every morning we mix, shape, and bake. Between the ovens and the grocery shelves, there's space for a conversation, a quick coffee, or simply the comfort of walking into a warm room full of good food.
